What is a “CHIC” rental property?

“CHIC” stands for high quality, modern, luxury, bright, comfortable, easy and clean. All properties are different and vary one from each other, however none will be chic enough if they do not have at least 5 of the following qualities:

Well kept terrace, balcony or garden; open mountain or sea views, good quality or modern furniture, air conditioning or fans, heating or wood burning stoves, fully equipped kitchen with nice and clean fittings, satellite tv, pool, outdoor furniture and sun-loungers, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, good quality bedding and towels, maid service, easy access, car park, privacy and comfort.  

We have different CHIC categories:

• RUSTIC CHIC
• MODERN CHIC
• LUXURY CHIC

RUSTIC CHIC:  Referred to properties that have kept the ancient Mallorcan living style with classic or even antique pieces of furniture or with stoned wash-basins in the kitchen These properties though have got a special and nostalgic character.

MODERN CHIC: Renovated or new properties with modern, bright and cool fittings. 

LUXURY CHIC: These are the most complete properties offering all of the CHIC qualities.

• -Property reservations:  All our properties must have the “CHIC” conditions. We will find the best option to suit your needs and deal with the booking process.
• -Transport: Car rental, pick up service from and to the airport or limousine service.
• -Cleaning: Extra cleaning service can be ordered to a daily or twice a week basis, if not included in the rental contract. We are flexible to make sure we adapt to each personal needs.
• -Food: special service for a personal shopper and/or cook. Why not get someone to cook a Paella or any other typical Mallorcan meals instead of going to a Restaurant or having to cook yourself?
• -Guided tours: Personalized guides to show you the best around the island to your own likes and interests, Monuments, Museums, caves, shopping, …..,  and, why not, also spend a day at one of the neighbouring islands?.
• -Child care and entertainment: Babysitters, nursery, summer camps, swimming/tennis/paddle/horseback-riding lessons,….
• -Sports: Tennis, paddle, golf, surf, horseback-riding, kayak, climbing,….
• -Spanish lessons: Why not learning a bit of Spanish or “Mallorquín” for a day or even more!
• -Restaurants: We have a long list of recommended restaurants for all pockets!  We can reserve a table for you or we can provide contact details of each of them.
